LANCASTER. S.C. Mrs. Barbara Ann Brazell Outen age 75, wife of the late Charles Outen died Saturday November 21, 2020 at
Atrium Main (CMC) Charlotte, N.C. The Funeral Service is 2 P. M. Wednesday November 25, 2020 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home
Chapel, by Rev. Lonnie Brazell and Rev. Dwight Brazell, with burial at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Family will receive friends
from 1-2 P.M. Wednesday at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home, 684 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster, S.C.
Barbara was born in Lancaster County March 13, 1945 a daughter of the late Rev. Thomas Brazell and Mildred Kirkley
Brazell and was married to the late Charles Outen.
She was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church, a homemaker and loved cooking, and Crossword Puzzels.
Barbara is survived by 1 Son Charles Thomas Outen, 2 Daughters Donna Outen Edwards and husband Jeff of Pageland,
and Stacey Lynn Outen, 5 Grandchildren Brandon, Travis, Kayla, Jacobe, and Joshua, 6 Great Grandchildren and
1 Brother, Randall Brazell.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, and Brother Rev. Allen Brazell.
The Family Suggest Memorials to The Hejaz Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, S.C.
