Beatrice Stenlake Obituary

Beatrice J. Stenlake, 72, of Bangor, PA passed away Saturday, June 1st, at Gracedale, Northampton County Home, Nazareth, PA

Beatrice was born in Easton, PA on December 20, 1951, a daughter of the late Anthony and Joyce (Mack) Duvo.

She was the wife of the late Larry G. Stenlake who passed away in 2018.

Beachie will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Beatrice is survived by two sisters, Marie Duvo, of Wind Gap, PA, and Irene Duvo, of Michigan, a brother, Joseph Duvo, of Nazareth, PA, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Donald Duvo.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 20th at 11 AM at the St. John's Cemetery, Broadway and 6th St., Bangor, PA. Marie, Joe, Irene and family. So sad to find out that Beatrice has passed away. We lived next door to each other for so many years. Many happy memories. Your mom would let me push Beachie in the baby carriage up and down the sidewalk when she was a baby. When she learned to talk she could not say my name. and called me Cereal. Beachie and Larry would come to the Doctor's office where I worked, and we would have lots of fun talking and laughing together. So yes, many great memories. My Sincerest Sympathy to all of you, as you mourn the loss of Beachie.

Beachie was a classmate at Roosevelt Elementary School.
She always made those around her smile. Thinking of her family at this difficult time.

You had a wonderful welcome from mom & dad, Don, Tippy, your Larry & Hannah. It’s not a cliche, you are in a much better place. I’ll see you sometime down the road. Love & miss you, Beach.
