Darlene, I'm so very sorry to hear about Bill. I was unable to come, because I was in Indiana at my younger brothers memorial service. I pray for you and the family to be at peace.

I have so many memories of uncle Bill, from the last 63 years I can't narrow them to just one from when I was a baby,he and aunt Darlene watching me,too all the dinners the Hensley family had
( Christmas,Thanksgiving or out at grandpa's house in Foley)
And all the fun that came with it!!
Now that you're with grandma and grandpa and your brothers and sisters,tell them we all miss and love them. Until we meet again.
( And I'll bring the wild turkey)

Condolences to the family. What a wonderful man this world has lost. I remember every time I saw him he would bring a smile to my face and laughter to my heart. Cherish the memories! Hugs to you all!

I’ve known Bill and his family since I was five. My memories of Bill was as a father, part of the community, a devoted parishioner at Sacred Heart and a devoted basketball coach for as long as I can remember. He did always have a story or a joke. He was special. In his later days, he volunteered at “creative Expressions “ and read stories to our preschoolers”. The children thought he was great!. He was special to so many people. I’ll always remember him.
