Bobby Vee Thacker, 50, of Clinton, Ohio, formerly of Sidney, KY, passed away January 29, 2019, at Akron City Hospital, Akron, Ohio, after a brief illness.
He was born January 7, 1969, in Ypsilanti, MI, the son of Danny Larry Thacker and Phyllis Marie Robinette Thacker, who survive of Sidney, KY.
Other survivors include one son, Matthew Wayne Thacker (Jade Alexandra Dawn Manning) of Nicholasville, KY; one brother, Scott Daniel Thacker of Sidney, KY; one granddaughter, Alora Daisy King Thacker; special nephew, Jacob Thacker and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Hazel West Thacker; maternal grandparents, Elmer Lee and Augustine Francisco Robinette; two brothers, Gregory Shawn Thacker and Lester Alan Robinette.
Per Bobby's request he will be cremated and there will not be any services. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry is serving the Thacker family.
