Brandon Casey Obituary

Brandon M. Casey, 40, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away on March 29, 2026.

Brandon was born on August 22, 1985 in Kansas City, KS, to David A. and Linda L. Casey.  He attended Benton High and graduated from Lafayette High School.  Up until present he worked at AG Processing as a Hydro Operator.  Known for his strong work ethic, with pride and dedication.  His work was a close-knit work family team.

Brandon was incredibly talented artist with a deep creative soul.  Early years of drawings, poems made way for later on lyrics and rap music, he expressed what words alone often could not.  His art was a reflection of who he was, a genuine, thoughtful soul.  A lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

In 2023 Brandon married Danielle Kunze.  He embraced his role as a husband and stepfather.  The family enjoyed backyard fires and swimming.  Several years Brandon has played in dart leagues where he met many friends.

Brandon is survived by his wife Danielle Kunze Casey; stepson Dru J. Holmes; parents David and Linda Casey; brother Austin J. Casey (Aja Clark); nephew Adyn J. Casey; niece Aeleigh M. Casey; also many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  They will forever hold him in their hearts.

The will be no formal services.  Cremation is under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.  Online guestbook may be signed online at www.heatonbowmansmith.com.
