FORT ANN --- Brian Dennis Runnalls, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Born February 24, 1954, in Glens Falls, New York he was the son of William C. M. and Barbara F. (Davis) Runnalls.
Brian attended Fort Ann High School and graduated in 1973. Two years later in 1975, Brian married the love of his life Aleta (Letty) Rathbun in Fort Ann, New York.
For over 30 years, Brian worked for Washington County Highway Department. He loved running heavy equipment, especially bulldozers.
Brian enjoyed many things, but working on his 1965 Pontiac GTO and going to car shows to see his car buddies was at the top of his list. He also enjoyed taking rides on his Harley motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, Brian was predeceased by his grandparents, Harry and Francis Davis; and siblings, Ralph, Glen, Bruce, and Randy.
Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted and loving wife, Aleta (Letty) Runnalls of Fort Ann; brother, Wayne Runnalls of Fort Ann; sisters-in-law, Amy and Shanon (Keith); and brother-in-law, James; also many nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as his beloved dog, Cady.
The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the Queensbury Rescue Squad, and ALL the people who came to Brian’s aid that day. Also, thank you for all the beautiful flowers that were put around his car at the show, they were greatly appreciated.
Condolences may be sent directly to Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804, or through www.bakerfuneralhome.com.
