Brittney Marie Bennett, 30, of Adams, Tennessee passed away peacefully at her
home on November 11, 2021. Brittney was born September 14, 1991, in
Nashville, Tennessee. She was survived by her parents, Brenda and Donald
Bennett; brother, Kyle Bennett; and may other family members and friends.
Brittney spent her entire life in Adams, Tennessee, where she attended Jo Byrns
Schools and graduated in 2009. She was attending Volunteer State Community
College, where she appeared on the Dean’s list every semester, working towards
her degree in Communications.
Brittney was an Emergency Communications Supervisor at Robertson County 911,
where she was employed for more than ten years. She hoped to spend her career
in the profession she loved.
Brittney was always the bright light in every room she entered, and she was loved
by everyone that met her. She loved Alabama football, Predators hockey, live
music and concerts, and her friends and family. She was a kind, giving, and loving
soul who will be greatly missed by all of those that knew her.
A celebration of life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Greenbrier,
Tennessee on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Visitation with the family will be
held from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm, with a celebration of life to follow. The family is
asking in lieu of flowers donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in
Brittney’s name.

The last time I saw Brittney, she was very young. I have known her father, Don, for many years. Words are hard to come by at a time like this. My prayer is that the Lord would bless and strengthen Brittney’s family during this very difficult time. May she forever rest with the Lord.

My heart breaks for all her family. She truly loved her family and friends. she was a kind sweet full of life beautiful inside and out. she was very dedicated to her job and giving it all to protect her community her officers her medics and firefighters. she will be greatly missed by many many people. she was awesome to be around and was always supportive to anyone that needed her. it was honor to work beside her and to know her. she will never be forgotten and the memories we all have to cherish of her is a blessing. Fly high girl and keep watch as I know you will over your Dad Mom brother and Rachel! To know you was to love you and you will be forever missed! Rest in peace in arms of Our Loving Heavenly Father!
