Byron King Obituary
Byron A. King 27 of Jamesport passed away Friday January 25, 2013 as the result of an auto accident. Services will be held at 11am Tuesday January 29 at the Baptist Church in Jamesport. Visitation will be held 6-8pm Monday evening where friends may call after 4pm at Baptist Church in Jamesport. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery in Jamesport. Memorial contributions may be made to the Byron King memorial fund % McWilliams Funeral Home, Jamesport.
Byron A. King was born January 27, 1985 in Chillicothe, MO. He graduated in 2003 from the Tri County High School in Jamesport where he lived in the surrounding area all of his life. After graduation Byron began a construction career working for Rusty Archer and Richard Cotton. In 2007 he started King Roofing and traveled all over the area with his roofing crew. He also worked many side jobs for people in the community when called upon. Byron's skill with his hands gave him the confidence to tackle any job with ease; he was a "Jack of all trades." He was a hard worker who was always willing and ready to do what it took to get the job done and never shied away from hard work.
Byron enjoyed being outdoors and in his spare time he liked to fish as well as play baseball and basketball. Byron loved adventure and looked forward to the time he could ride 4-wheelers with his family and friends. He worked hard and loved to have fun. Byron was a loving young man who in his short time on this earth touched many lives. He will be greatly missed by not forgotten by those who knew and loved him.
Byron was preceded in death by a sister Devon, paternal grandmother, maternal grandparents, and his uncle Ronald King.
Survivors include his Parents Jim & Cindy King of Chillicothe, brothers, Jessee King of Chillicothe, Cody King and fiancée RaCail Ramirez and nephew Jaxson King of Jamesport and Jeff King of Chillicothe, sisters, Melissa Harville of Chillicothe and Rhonda Sandar of Newton IA, grandfather, Robert King of Jamesport, girlfriend, Emily Harbert and daughter, Zayler Harbert of Hale, uncles, Wayne King and wife Joy of Columbia, Steven King and wife Janelle, Jerry King and wife Johna all of Jamesport, William Ray Harville of CA, aunts, Carol Burrell and Betty Benge both of St. Joseph, Marilyn Tolen and husband Gerald of Gallatin, and Debbie King of Tina.
