Caleb "CA" Sharpe Jr. Obituary
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Sharpe Family Cemetery at Churchland Baptist Church, with the Rev. Pastor Egbert Craven. Burial will follow. There will be no public visitation.
Mr. Sharpe was born May 3, 1934, in Davidson County, to Caleb Anderson Sharpe Sr. and Missouri Kesler Sharpe. He was an active member of Reedy Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Sharpe.
Surviving are his loving wife, Betty Underwood Sharpe of the home; sons, Andy Sharpe and wife Lori, Caleb Anderson Sharpe III and wife Erica, all of Lexington, and Joseph Keener and wife Kelli of Kokomo, In.; daughters, Shari Tolan and husband Shawn of Canton, Ga., and Dana Pruitt and husband Bill of Lexington; grandchildren, Lily Sharpe, Matthew Tolan, Melissa Tolan, Travis Sharpe and Britnie Holt; and sister, Carol McCarn and husband Johnny of Lexington.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
