Carol A. Iannetta, 78, of Telford, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2024 at her home in Telford.
She was the beloved wife of Michael Iannetta Sr with whom she was married for fifty-eight years.
Born in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, Carol was a daughter of the late Harry G. and Esther (Nase) High.
Carol graduated from Souderton Area high school and later worked in vaccine manufacturing and training at Merck and Co. for forty years until her retirement in 2004.
Throughout her life, Carol enjoyed many hobbies, including Crocheting, Puzzles and watching WWE wrestling with her two sons and Western movies. She loved taking trips to the hills of Potter County and special visits to Dresden, OH where the Longaberger Basket factory was located. Most importantly was the time she spent with her grandkids which has created many lasting memories.
In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by two sons, Michael Iannetta, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Perkasie, Pennsylvania and Stephen Iannetta and his dear friend and caregiver Sandra of Telford, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Caitlin and Abbie.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Harriett Smith.
Family and friends are invited to Carol’s memorial service which will be held at 2PM on July 30, 2024 at Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Telford, PA. The family will accept visitors from 1-2PM, prior to the service. Interment will follow at St. John’s Ridge Valley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol’s name to Special Olympics, 2600 Virginia Ave., NW, 11th Floor, Washington, DC, 20037.

Carol was the sweetest neighbor growing up. I enjoyed going with her and Mike to Potter County in the summer as a little girl for the 4th of July. She will be missed. I am so sorry for the families loss.
