Carol Ohliger Obituary

            Carol Ann Ohliger, of Perkasie and formerly of Jennersville, PA, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023, at her home.  She was 82.


            Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Mary (Durphy) Ohliger.


            A homemaker, Ms. Ohliger also had worked as a cashier for Exelon Energy, West Chester, PA, for over 10 years until retiring in 2008.


            She was Catholic in faith.


            Ms. Ohliger served as a volunteer at Jennersville Hospital, Jennersville, for over five years.  An avid reader, especially of James Patterson books, she was a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.


            She is survived by three children, Carol Ann Curtosi and her fiancé Chuck Steele, of Pottstown, PA, Anthony Curtosi, Jr. and his wife Connie, of Philadelphia, PA, and Roseann Smiley and her husband Dwight Jr., of Perkasie; seven grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.


            Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.


            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 30386, Philadelphia, PA  19103.


            Arrangements are by the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA.
