I knew Charlie through my cousin a Trooper himself. I would “hang-out” at my buddy’s house waxing our car’s along with my go fast boat. He served our country with pride as with the Troopers too. Charlie enjoyed his muscle car & the sleek of those boats too. Charlie enjoyed his friends, he was a great man. God Speed my friend.

Highly respectable man. His family came first. He helped his boys to grow to be solid citizens. He will be missed by all that knew him. His body may have retired, but his spirit lives on. God bless, Charlie Breuninger
