My friendship with Chas started in the 1970’s . Chas and I enjoyed a mutually beneficial business relationship, but more importantly we enjoyed each other’s company at many Civic Light Opera Shows as well as evenings out on the town. Chas was a gentleman in every sense of the word. His memory will be cherished by all of us who were fortunate to know him! My condolences to the Casturo Family.

I remember back in the 50's when I worked as a teenager at Chas's father's Esso station on Walnut Street. Many times when I was working by myself, Chas would be dropped of to help me. I have great memories of Chas's parents and family. Howard Finney
