Charles "Chuck" L. Breese

So sorry to read of his passing. He lived two doors away from our household and he was a classmate of our oldest daughter. Sending my sympathy to his family.

It was my privilege when I was State's Attorney to work with this good man. Old-school cop, down to earth, treated everyone with respect, all with his infectious humor. DeKalb County is less of a place with is passing. Go in peace, my friend.
