I remember you as Chuckie growing up, a tall slender young man, who was as handsome as he was kind. I remember the crutches and leg braces hanging on the wall of your mom and dad's home, a reminder of the polio you had as a little boy. I know that love surrounds you and many rejoice that you are present with them in heaven. I think of you often and send a prayer your way for comfort and peace.

Charles "Chuck" E. Vance, Jr., 72 of Camden, AR passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015. He was born September 29, 1942 to Charles E. Sr. and Lula Mae Padon Vance in Aurora, CO. He was an avid hunter and a very avid Razorback fan (Go Hogs). Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robbie Vance. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Vance of Camden, AR, son, Charles "Chuck" A. Vance and wife, Denise of Mena, AR; daughter, Paula Jones and husband, Alan of Camden, AR; grandsons, Jeremy Vance and Corey Vance of Paragould, AR and Michael Kyle of Camden, AR; granddaughter, Hayley Kyle and fiancé, Joshua Homan of Sherwood, AR; brother, Jesse E. Vance of Littleton, CO; and sister, Margot Bowler of West Minster, CO. A visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Proctor Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
