Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to Karen, Daniel, Kristen, Beth and all the grandchildren. I had the pleasure of growing up across the backyard from the Halles. Chuck (Mr. Halle) was a wonderful man who always took time to talk with me and was a very respectful leader in Scouts. He is part of many of my childhood memories and will never be forgotten.

Chuck Halle was a fine man and a true friend. I have known him since I969 when we started coming to Chautauqua Lake in the summer. He was always a gracious host and definitely had the best firework display on July 4. He and my husband David would play GO regularly before Dave died, and I know how much Dave valued his time with Chuck. I will miss his hearty hello when I phoned from Austin. My love to Karen, Chuck’s children, and grandchildren. Lori Humphreys

Charlie, you were such a nice man to me when I started at Lorangers. May you rest in peace. May God Bless Your Family.

You will be remembered by the community.

Served as a volunteer with the boy scouts and as a youth sports coach.

Chuck was always cheerful and friendly even when he wasn't feeling his best. He'll be missed by his many workout friends at the Lakewood Y. Blessings on Karen and the rest of his family.

Above all, Chuck cherished time spent with his family and friends.
