Praying for Rev Moore and Mrs. Pat, his son, family, friends and the church family.
Over the years I’m so grateful that we stayed in touch. I’m so grateful for the years of memories, texts, calls, and times we hung out. Over the last several days I’ve been going back thru the messages and it’s been comforting knowing that while you were on this earth we expressed how much our friendship meant to each other.
You had the biggest heart! Making others feel better through your laughter, getting us in trouble, stayed joking around. And everyone loved you!
I loved seeing you become a father! Your biggest love was your son. You wanted to give him the world. I hope you know you did. Your smile was contagious . That’s what I’m holding on to, seeing you smile.
Thank God for our last conversation in August, we caught up like always, we just picked things up from the last conversation.
One forever memory of how big your heart is A few years ago, during Covid, my Grandma Effie was so depressed about not being in church. Even in her 90s she was still going every Sunday she could get to Good Shepherd until Covid happened. I called you the day before Easter asking for a huge favor. I asked if you would ask your dad to give my Gma a call on Easter to lift her spirits in 2021. And then on Easter Sunday morning, I’m at Gma Effie’s and the phone rung. It was your dad! Calling to check on my Gma. You don’t know how much that call meant to her. Her spirit completely changed! She was so elated that the pastor had given her a call. Chille I think she thought she was going to glory soon after that.
But this is what you did I thank you! I will miss you so much friend.
I’m sad but I know you are smiling down on us from Heaven.

To Pastor Moore and Patricia Moore
I am sure words cannot describe the hurt nor pain of losing a child, but the Word Of God can provide some comfort when Jesus said in Matthew 28:20 “.,I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen”. (KJV) The Lord has guaranteed to be with you all.
In our Prayers!
