Clark T. Kidwell, Sr.

1938 - 2015

Clark T. Kidwell, Sr., 76, of Finksburg, Md. formerly of Baltimore, passed away, Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson.

Born October 4, 1938 in Frederick, Maryland he was the son of the late, Wilson Theodore and Francis Virginia (Strickler) Kidwell. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Etta (Moats) Kidwell; one son, James Kidwell; five brothers, Alfred, James, Gil, Gary and Bobby Kidwell and one sister, Lorna Rote.

Mr. Kidwell retired as a quality control inspector with Crown Cork and Seal in Baltimore. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Union.

He is survived by two children, Susan Kidwell (Mike) and Clark "Chuck" Kidwell, Jr. (Lisa); three sisters, Shirley Moran, Sue Winpigler and Wanda King; five granddaughters, Ashlee, Shannon, Jamie, Melissa and Nicole Kidwell; Several nieces and nephews including Ronnie and Dale Winpigler; several great nieces and great nephews and his good friend, Beau Huff.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742 with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating. The funeral home will open at 9:00 A.M.

Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7-9 P.M.
