Our family extends our heartfelt condolences to the Hester and Torain families on the passing of Aunt Coralena. She was truly a beautiful soul; kind, polite, and full of quiet wit. Her warm smile could light up a room, and her gentle spirit made everyone feel welcome and at ease.
Aunt Coralena took great pride in her home, her flowers, and her garden. Everything she touched reflected care, patience, and love. Those same qualities showed through in her many years of dedicated service at Moses Cone Hospital, where her strong work ethic and attention to detail were a testament to her character.
She lived her life with grace, faith, and purpose. Her legacy will live on through the memories she leaves behind and the lives she touched along the way. May God grant comfort, peace, and strength to the family during this difficult time.
She will always hold a special place in my heart and will be deeply missed. My favorite aunt was a remarkable woman whose strength, kindness, and wisdom inspired me every day. Growing up, I admired her unwavering spirit and the way she embraced life with joy and enthusiasm. I aspired to be just like her, hoping to carry forward her legacy of love, resilience, and gardening.
With love and sympathy.
