Visitation 2:00p.m. to 8:00pm Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Monday 9:15 to St. Peter Damian Church, Mass 10:00a.m. Interment All Saints. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.

I have known Danny for over 30 years. He was my hero in 1986 saving my life and giving me a journey with my family and friends that cannot be measured, I thanked him many times, In 2011 I made homemade soup he said I was a life saver and we were even. He said " you did good with your family" I said you to have a great family. He said " I have an amazing family and I love each of them and proud of each of them". Family love is truly amazing and Danny felt that. Thanks again Danny for being my hero on that special day. Tricia, Danny, Michael, Kristen, Richie, you are in his heart as he is in yours. Today was hard but I stayed strong for you Dad. Tomorrow will be harder. I am not ready to say good bye forever. You would be so proud of your kids and mom for such a beautiful service. I was stunned by the amount of people that were there to celebrate your memory. We are truly blessed with all the friends, family and support. You raised one heck of a family. I am sad that you left us, my heart aches. I wish you didnt have to go. I would not change a thing about today because it was beautiful and you looked so handsome.
