To the Kennedy family,
Dan will be sadly missed. We will especially remember all the good times we had together...playing dominoes, watching a moonrise in Newport, our trip to Ireland and visits in Sarasota. It was always a pleasure to be in his company.
Love you all,
Dan & Jane

My Dad, things to know. He was always there to lend a hand, never complaining about how long it would take or how hard the task. He followed directions very well, especially from my Mom. He would say he " Always had a Bea buzzing around him, telling him what to do." He taught me the value of a dollar, to work hard and do the best in all you do. He enjoyed playing Scrabble, tennis and ping- pong but LOVED his Gameboy. He'd play Tetris for hours and hours, being very proud of completing the entire game. The grandkids couldn't play with it, it wasn't a toy but his own challenge. Vacations were yearly and to be cherished. He thought highly of a cold beer after a long days work and said a Scotch before bed was necessary to sleep and "Never hurt anyone". He was obsessed with making the greatest bubble producing toy ever, and succeeded. I can't even imagine how many gallons of bubble solution he went through before learning to make it himself. He could be sarcastic, loved a good joke and was a prankster. I get many great qualities from him.

Dad, you will be forever missed but always in my heart. Love you, Maureen

May your hearts be warmed during this time of sorrow knowing that Dan is smiling down upon you. Although he feels so distant know that he is with you now and always. Every time you feel the Sun on your face or that comforting breeze in the Spring that is your Dad, Husband or friend extending his love and thanks for being part of him.
