David Rigney Obituary
Hotshot was preceded in death by his parents, Dollie Lynch Rigney and Clyde Rigney; and a half-brother, James Clyde Rigney.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Lou Furgerson and husband, Billy, Evarts; Dottie Sue Rigney, Evarts; a brother, Lee Earl Rigney, Middlesboro; and a host of nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 until 8 pm at the Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 28, 2016, at 2 pm in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with the Reverend Don Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Condolences may be left for the family at www.evartsfuneralhome.com.
Evarts Funeral Home is in charge of his arrangements.

I can't think of my childhood and not think of Hotshot, walking up and down the road keeping his pups safely by his side. Always smiling and greeting you. I don't get home much, but the memories are always there and the people who helped make them will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.

My prayers and sympathy go out to the family. Hotshot was a one of a kind person always greeted me with a smile and how you doing. I would ask how he was and always got the same reply. "I ain't no good. He will be missed by many!
