I never dreamed our last phone conversation would be the final one. You called and of course we were laughing at silly times at Allstate and the fun we had. Working customer service wasn't easy but we made the best of it. There were many times it took two heads to solve a problem and you were always there... I'm going to miss you my friend... Rest well
