Donald "Don" A. Heidemann Obituary

Peacefully passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 98. Beloved husband for over 74 years of Jane (nee Lawler) Heidemann. Loving father of Robert Heidemann, Dianne (William) Randquist, and the late Thomas Heidemann. Proud grandfather of Brennen (Kate) Randquist and Sarah (Brendan) Anthony, and great-grandfather of Grey and Cole Randquist, and Aidan, Will, and Turner Anthony. Further survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Don was a quiet, humble man with a fierce competitive spirit and warm blue eyes. He was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. He was a talented low handicap golfer, that passed his love of the game along to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He organized and led the Wisconsin Bell golf league for decades.

Private family services will be held.

Joyce and I began our friendship with Don and Jane way back in the 1950's when we both lived in the same Whitefish Bay neighborhood. Our friendship continued over the years, mostly with holiday get-togethers. Even after Joyce passed away in 2014, Jane and I continued to stay in contact by email. She and Don were still living in their home on Santa Monica Blvd and we had moved away to Green Bay. It was a very long-lasting friendship with Don and Jane. May Don rest in peace.......
