What can I say about Uncle Don? He was a good man with a huge heart. I always looked forward to when Uncle Don would come to Rochester. He was always so upbeat and positive. If he wasn't doing magic tricks we were looking for Chinese food. 60 yrs later I still using some of the tricks he taught me and have one many a bet using them. I could never thank him enough for the care he gave my dad. He was a devoted Christian and sure his journey to heaven was expedited by his deeds and the man he was. I won't forget Uncle Don and smile knowing he has rejoined my Aunt Delores the love of his life and my cousin Donny who I think of often and miss immensely.
Take care Uncle Don, hope your journey is everything you hoped for times 10.

I had a cubicle next to Don for a couple years. It was always a pleasure talking with Don throughout the day. He used to crack me up. He was also so kind and caring to everyone. He will be missed. Our family's prayers are with the Frantz family.

When I think of Don, it always brings a smile to my face. I worked with Don for a short time before he retired at Hill. He was a genuine and thoughtful man. I still have a "Don Frantz" pen and card he gave me. Don will be missed, but his memories will be cherished.

I was fortunate to know Don and work with Don while he was Hill Mechanical. He was a true professional in every sense. And much more than that, he was a great man . . . personable, thoughtful and a friend to all. I received a couple of his homemade candles. My sincere condolences to Don's family. He was a saint.

Don Frantz was a very nice person. He would always be a joy to see at the 7:30 am masses on Sunday mornings. The thing that I liked about him is that he would always give out his special pens to people. He will be dearly missed. Rest in piece with your wife.

My heartbreaks that my wonderful uncle is gone. It especially breaks for my cousin Rich & family, & all his grand/great-grandfather kids. My heart goes out to my dad,his brother, and Uncle Wayne, his youngest brother. Uncle Don was one of the most loving, caring, funny men I've known. My childhood memories are filled with/good,happy ones when our families got together.
May all be comforted that he led a wonderful long life loving and being loved. Now he's home with God, his parents, brothers & oldest son. He will be your angel in heaven. God bless you all w/ his peace & happy memories.
