Douglas “Doug” Allen Dailey passed away November 28, 2017 at the age of 62 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Doug was born February 4, 1955 in Tulare, CA and grew up in Fresno, CA. He entered the Army in 1972 in that time he became a sergeant and soon after honorably discharged from service in 1980.
Doug loved hunting, fishing, camping, and rock crawling in his Jeep especially with his son and grandsons. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed working on cars and trucks and playing pool.
Doug was preceded in by his grandparents Homer and Opal Dailey, and his parents Devon and Dorothy Dailey. Doug is survived by his daughter Chessaray Novelli, son Nathan Dailey, son in law Joseph, daughter in law Marcia, his 10 grandchildren, Anthony, Quincy, Heaven, Jacob, Joseph Jr, Kash, Brendan, Alitta, Sofia, Brooklyn, Trevor, and Greyson. He brother Ron (Glenda) and sister Linda (Dean), Kathy (Mike), Beverly (John) and many nephews, nieces and friends.

Doug I will miss you terribly you've been a long-standing friend of mine you're part of my family and always have been you're gone way too soon at least you made it back where u wanted to be near your son Nathan. Tim and Patti and I will miss you forever we had so much fun over the years camping and hiking in going four wheeling fishing boating many,many things you'll live in my heart forever as always love you.
