Douglas Glenn Gosser, age 53, of Somerset, KY, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital.
Douglas was born on July 1, 1967 in Somerset, KY to Denzel Gosser and Delora Mae Martin Gosser. He was a member of Cross Connection Church. Doug was a Wood grader at Armstrong Flooring for sixteen years. He loved reading his Bible, spending time with his family, watching movies, antique cars and working on them, and playing video games.
He is survived by his wife, Christy Mullins Gosser, whom he married on May 13, 2005 in Somerset, KY; one son, Isaac Nathaniel (and Kortni) Gosser of Eubank; one daughter, Bethany Faith Gosser of Eubank; his parents, Denzel and Delora Gosser of Eubank; two sisters-in-law, Deloris Mullins of Somerset and Vicki (and Neil) Sawyers of Somerset. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Douglas was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Duane Mullins.
Visitation will be private for the family at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
His funeral service will also be private for the family at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Sawyers, Bro. Steve Mullins and Isaac Gosser officiating. A private burial will be held at Resthaven Cemetery in Corbin. Pallbearers will be Stan Mullins, Brandon Sawyers, Bryce Sawyers, Christian Sawyers, Micah Mullins and Tony Mullins.
