Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Ed's family.
We fished with Ed every year for nearly a decade. We were saddened to hear of his passing, he was just a great human being. Ed will be missed.

We were so sad about Eddie’s sudden passing. Love and peace to Ginny, Ben and Emily.

I was so saddened to hear about Eddie’s passing. My heart goes out to Ginny, his family and his many friends and customers who loved him dearly. Some of the best and most fun memories of my life were made while deckhanding on the Lively One II! I will never forget his laughter when I was trying to reel in a big fish or trying to keep working while I was sea sick. He was such a nice guy and I had so much respect for him for following his dream. Much love!

Eddie had a smile for miles and lived the life many would dream of. I could only imagine the amazing stories of this "Legend Captain Eddie" and his passion he shared with so many. My heart goes out to Ginny, the family, friends & the entire fishing community.

Bobby Wiedeman was known as "the shark boy"!! Everyone would be catching and he would be struggling with a shark every time. I enjoyed several trips on the Lively One and the fish box was always full! My condolences to all...

Oh Ginny, Sincerest Condolences. God Bless You & Ben & all

Eddie and I go back to the early '70's at the Gulf Breeze school system. He was a couple of years younger than me, but he was so likeable, we (friends) allowed a younger dude to hang out with us. Among others like Bobby Weideman and Bobby John Moses were allowed as well. We all had some of the best times on the beach and throughout our young lives, just hanging out at places like the "Dolphin's Flipper" arcade in G.B. But as all friendships over time, we didn't hang out much after those days....

Capt Eddie was one of the best
Rest in peace my friend

Ed, We will all miss you my friend. God Bless you and Your family, until we meet and fish again, chester

Eddie you will always be remembered and missed my friend. Pensacola Beach just lost a great Charter Boat Captain. The Gulf of America will NEVER be the same. Our Love and Prayers go out to your beautiful wife, Ginny and to your entire family. With Love, David and Leslie Simpson
