Edna Musbach Obituary

Edna E. Musbach 86, died of natural causes on Sunday, February 13, 2022. She was resident of Mesquite, NV.


She was born December 14, 1935, the daughter of Edward Divis Morison and Maria Corina Segura.


Previous to living in Mesquite, Edna lived in Green River, WY where she was raised. As a child,


Edna attended schools in Green River. She graduated from Green River High School in 1954, and was soon employed at Union Pacific Railroad in Green River. Upon her retirement from the railroad, she worked for Sweetwater County Ambulance.


Edna later married John Musbach and they had three sons and one daughter. Edna unconditionally loved her husband and children. In fact, she enjoyed all people! As Edna would say, she never met a stranger. She spent years on a bowling league with close friends, and enjoy traveling, reading, and researching genealogy.


Edna was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served a mission in Salt Lake City, Utah.


Survivors include daughter Carla Miller of Omaha, NE; daughter-in-law Jill Musbach of Grand Junction, CO; and son Gary Musbach of Gillette, WY; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.


She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; sibling is Robert Morison, Thomas Morison, Melinda Carter, Ida Sanchez, Dorothy Roushar, George Morison and sons Timothy and Michael Musbach.


Following cremation, Graveside Services and Inurnment will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Riverview Cemetery in Green River, Wyoming.

It was pleasure to know Edna, who was like a mother and a friend to everyone. She never knew a stranger. Her laugh would light up a room. There will be an empty space that can never be filled with all the people that knew her. Our positive thoughts and deepest sympathy goes out to her entire family.
