Edward Rusiecki Obituary

Edward Frank "Blue" Rusiecki, 89, of Dillonvale, OH, passed Saturday January 2, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
He was born in Dillonvale on September 10, 1926, a son of the late Boleck and Feliksa Strupezski Rusiecki.
Ed was a retired employee of American Electric Power, Dillonvale American Legion, McCook Post #529, Pine Valley Sportsman Club, WWII Air Force Veteran and a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Sophia Bonventure; brothers John and Boleck Rusiecki.
Ed is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Charlotte Fronckel Rusiecki; a son Gary Edward (Christine) Rusiecki of Pickerington, OH, a daughter Linda Joan (Paul) Filko of Plum Borough, PA, a sister Jane Rusiecki of Brecksville, OH, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, with a vigil service at 7:30pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday January 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale, with Msgr. John Kolesar as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Offer online condolences at www.wilsonfuneralhomes.com
