Chicopee- Ella ( Robertson) Czepiel, 94 died peacefully Thursday morning in a local nursing home. Ella was born in Chicopee, daughter of the late William and Jessie Robertson. She was a lifelong resident of Chicopee. She was best known in her career as the owner of the snack bar at " Airway Lanes " bowling alley in Springfield. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Theodore F Czepiel in 1991 and a daughter JoAnne Kelley in 2022. She leaves a son Ted Czepiel and his wife Betsy; a sister Jessie Demaris; her two granddaughters Amanda and Anne and four great grandchildren. A private service will be held at the West Springfield Curran- Jones Funeral Home with burial in St Stanislaus Cemetery in Chicopee. For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.
