Amy Meredith Kolasa

Amy Meredith Kolasa, 42 of Avondale, Florida passed away on July 16. Amy was a scholar athlete graduate from Colts Neck High school in New Jersey. Her education continued in New York University, where she graduated Cum Laude and Pace University graduate school Kappa Delta Pi.Her work history involved her two passions, art and education.Amy leaves behind her parents, Anthony Kolasa and Peggy Dalton Kolasa. Her brothers, Eric and Kevin were her role models, friends and constant champions as were her sisters-in-law, Heather and Abigail.Amy's greatest joy was her nieces and nephews; Sarah, Joshua, Ellie, Tatum, Elyn and Malia, whom she loved with all her heart and always had time, gum and gummy bears for. She was blessed by the love and support of her aunts, uncles and cousins.Amy will be remembered as someone who brought smiles to all who knew her or just met her. Her legacy is one of keen intelligence, kindness and humor.
