Eric Dewayne Smith

Eric Dewayne Smith, 45, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the North Mississippi Medical after a sudden illness. He was born September 15, 1980, in Hayti, Missouri, to Anthony Donald and Jamie Marie Six Cameron. He was a carpenter. He was formerly in the National Guard. He enjoyed arrowhead hunting, fishing, mud riding, and taking his children to the creek.

Services will be private for the family and will be on Saturday, November 8 at the Ebenezer Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of the arrangements. 

Survivors include his father, Anthony Cameron of Portageville, MO; one son, Eric Smith of Tremont; four daughters, Hailey Turner (J.B.) of Florence, AL., Chloe Smith, Kylie Smith, and Skylar Smith, all of Marston, MO; two brothers, Chris Six of Lilbourn, MO and Caleb Cameron of Bloomfield, MO; five sisters, Cindy Ivy of Elba, AL., Cricket Cameron of Lilbourn, MO., Emily Hammett of McKenzie, TN., Madaline Cameron and Josie Cameron, both of Portageville, MO; two grandchildren, Rayleigh Boyd and Addison Boyd; a special aunt, Margie Rose (Norman) of Golden.

He was preceded in death by his mother; an infant sister, Kelsey Cameron; and a special cousin, Dusty Rose.
