Eugenia Lynn Smith, passionately known as “Gina” was called home onJuly 16 2024. Eugenia Lynn was born to the union of Nathaniel andJessie Smith who proceeded her in death. She was also proceeded indeath by her siblings,: Deborah Smith.., Sherry Smith and NathanielCorey Smith.

Gina accepted Christ at an early age, and was baptized at Mt. PleasantMissionary Baptist Church. She attended Kettering High School. Shefurther her education at Wayne State University and received herBachelors Degree in Arts. Gina loved to draw, and she went on topursue a career as a Mail Courier, working for the US Postal Servicefor 35 years before her Retirement. She loved being a pet parent tomany dogs, cats, birds and hamsters..(Bella) was her present dog.Gina was known for her love of Art; drawing multiple pictures of familyand friends over the years. She loved to shop and thrift, she was a vividcollector of Coca Cola memorabilia upon other items, enjoying familytime during the holidays.

She leave to cherish her memory, one Beloved daughter and friend,India McElrath (Justin); one Goddaughter Veronica Stockdale; fourgrandchildren who were the apple of her eye; Madison, Morgan, Jaceand Jersey McElrath. A loving and devoted sister Angela Smith, andher true love, Lewis Taylor. Three neices and one nephew: MakeebaPride-Harris (Charles), Jessica Gray (Kevin), Nathaniel (Man) andErica Smith. Seven great neices and nephews: Corey and DemetrieusPride, Jason, Kevoni and Jalyn Gray, Tyreece Looney, Jr. and Taylyn.Five great-great neices and nephews. A host of cousins, family andfriends. And several close associates Beverly, Wanda and Gwen.
