Florence Wooley

1934 - 2026

Graveside services for Florence Wooley will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 16, 2026 at Roselawn Park Cemetery in Palestine, Texas.

Florence was born November 21, 1934 in Paterson, New Jersey to George and Katherine Lund.  She passed away February 12, 2026 in Graham, Texas.

She worked as a bookkeeper for Kroger for 19 years before retiring.

Florence was a kind and generous mother, grandmother and wife. She was an excellent cook and she loved her family.  

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Katherine Lund; sister Elizabeth Parker; husband Elmer Wooley; daughter Linda Wooley and several nieces & nephews.

She is survived by her daughter Sandra & Kenneth Weimer; grandchildren: Stephen & Roxane Weimer and Keri & Nick Daniels; great grandchildren: Makenzie Weimer, Daniel Weimer, Stephen Weimer Jr. and Isla Daniels; Great Great Grandchild Jolene Vega;  several nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, great great nieces & nephews; and extended family: Kerrie Laza, Skyler Laza, Brittany, Louis & Morgan Robinett, Dalynn Stoker, Sawyer Stoker and Angel Vega.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Stephen Weimer Sr., Stephen Weimer Jr., Nick Daniels, Angel Vega and Daniel Weimer.
