Had great times hanging and supporting each others bands in the early 2000s. Frank had my back on more than one occasion. I'll never forget that.

Frankie, I just called you on Thursday to catch up, it went to voicemail. I'll never forget when you grabbed Eric's guitar when we lived in New Orleans and played that thing till your hearts content. I don't think Eric ever touched that guitar again! You've always been there we have kept tabs on each other for 20 years, god i'm gonna miss your voice when we talk about life and all the other things going on.
Till we meet again my brother, keep a spot for me so we can catch up.
Love ya!!

I'll never forget the memories of growing up with Frankie. I always remember him with a smile on his face and dreams in his eyes. I was glad to see that he lived out those dreams he had when he was younger. He has left me nothing but great memories of him. That was the way Frankie was. He left everyone with good memories and I think that's the way he meant it to be. Your in god's loving hands now. You will be missed.

Been trying to find the words all day to express my sadness on hearing the news over the weekend. Since my early days as a musician (18-19yrs old), Frank's original bluesy guitar style captivated me, and we formed our first band together, Saddletramp. Short lived, but as fate would have it after 10 years, we were brought back together with Bleed. Combined with bandmates Chuck McNally and Mike Cappella, those early years put us on the map, making incredible music and legendary memories. For a moment in time we lived the dream together. I am thankful to have shared the stage with you and called you my friend Frankie Day.

Francis, your passing has forever changed my life. No matter how hard I was on you as a child I grew to love you so much. You were the father I never had and you made it known through words and by action that you loved me as if I was your own. You were and always will be a huge part of my life. You have impacted my life on so many levels. You have even been partially responsible for shaping me into who I am today. You taught me so much about life, its crulties and even wonderful things too. You never sugarcoated things and I always respected you for that. You have always done so much for me and for my mother. One of the biggest things I can thank you for and that Im so grateful for is loving me in such a big way, even though I wasnt your kid. You made me feel like that never mattered to you, and for showing my mother what true happiness and love was all about. Without ever meeting you, my mother would never have known the real meaning of the word, but you helped define that for her. You brought passion and fire into her soul, that I know will always burn for you. Thank you for always loving us. I will forever love you and miss you. Watch over us, my mom especially she needs you.
