On November 7, 2021, formerly of Westmont, NJ. Age 93 years.
Beloved husband of the late Helen M. Mellet (nee Samar). Dear father of Ann (Bob) Schlereth, James (Nancy), Kathleen Koch, William (Mary), Joseph and the late Patrick (Colleen). Loving Pop-Pop of seven grandchildren: Amy, Daniel, Jimmy, Jessica, Michael, Stephen and Andrew and six great grandchildren.
Mr. Mellet was a World War II and Korean Conflict U.S. Navy veteran.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday, November 20, 9:30 to 11:00 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd., Haddon Twp., NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to www.vfw.org. Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood and Audubon, NJ.
