Frank Arthur Karoly

Frank Karoly, 89, of Crystal Lake formerly of Lincolnshire, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014, in Woodstock, IL.

He was born on November, 7th 1924, in Dearborn, Michigan, to Frank and Margaret Karoly. Frank was the Vice President and Public Relations Director for William Hart Adler Associates. Frank was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter he loved the outdoors. After serving as a corporal in the army medical core in WWII he returned to Dearborn MI before moving to Lincolnshire where he and Marion raised Mary Pat. We will all miss him greatly but we know he is sitting with Uncle Ed sipping a Vodka Martini smiling down on us all.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marion Karoly; daughter, Mary Patricia (Thomas Spoo) Franke; grandchildren, Lauren Franke, Kristin Franke and Keven Franke; nieces Cathy Russell, Judy Loughlin and Margie Zurlinden.

He was preceded in death by his sister Dorothy Rundel, his uncle Ed Sarkozie, and his parents.

Services and burial will be held privately.
