Frank Peet, Jr., 59, of Benton Harbor, MI died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at Lakeland Hospital- St. Joseph following a sudden illness.

A funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the Israelite Baptist Church in Benton Harbor with Rev. Joe N. Bruins officiating. A private graveside service will take place at a later date at Crystal Springs Cemetery. Friends are invted to visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church and leave condolences for the family at www.legacyfuneral.com. The family is being served by Legacy Family Funeral Services- Matthew R. Purchase Chapel, Berrien Springs.

Frank was born Dec. 21, 1945 in Turrell, AR to Frank, Sr. Christine (Lewis) Peek.

He previously worked for Bendix Corp. in Stevensville, MI and Modern Plastics in Benton Harbor and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved sports, especially basketball.

Survivors include Sisters- Mary D. Pinson, Benton Harbor, MI and Alean Tate Peek of West Memphis, AR; Brothers- Isaac Anderson of West Memphis, AR; James Peek of Benton Harbor; Eddie B. Peek of Benton Harbor; Joe (Brenda) Peet of St. Joseph, MI; Tony Peek of Bosier, LA and Jimmy Peek of Benton Harbor; Sons- Bobby, Marvin and Bryant Peek all of Portland, OR; Kenneth Valentine and Myron Clay of Benton Harbor; a daughter- Jaowanda White of Benton Harbor; 11 grandchildren, his special friend, Gloria Lang of Benton Harbor and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
