Frank Sindel

1964 - 2023

Frank Sindel, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

Beloved husband of Carey Sindel (nee Brandt). Loving father of Tommy Sindel and Chelsea Decker. Proud grandfather of Elaine Decker. Dear brother of Elaine (Bob) Hawkes, Marv (Margaret) Sindel, the late Ron (Ruth) Sindel, Jim (Roxanne) Sindel, the late Jerry Sindel, Karen (the late Dave) Treloggen, Chris (Steve) Faller and Dave (Lisa) Sindel. Dearest son of the late Marvin and Catherine Sindel. Dear son-in-law of Fran and Sam Brandt. Dear nephew, uncle, cousin and friend of many. 

Frank's greatest priority in life was his family and he often told them "I love you to the moon and back". He found much enjoyment in life in listening to music and playing his guitar, spending time in the great outdoors enjoying nature and fishing. Frank's father taught him the game of pool and he became quite the pool shark. He had a need for speed, loved fast cars and motorcycles and was fond of his 60's model Camaro. Frank wasn't a stranger to hard work but he always took time to enjoy life to the fullest. He lived by the saying, "Here today, gone tomorrow." He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frank worked for over 35 years as a Pressman for the St. Louis Post Dispatch, following in the footsteps of his father and uncles who also worked for the newspaper in the same capacity. 

Services: Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, June 12, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the Schrader Chapel.
