Frankie James Turner

Frankie James Turner, age 64 of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 1pm at Crafton Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Blackjack Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday at 1pm until 8pm and after 8am Sunday at the funeral home.  A native of Monroe County Kentucky, he was the son of the late James Franklin Turner and Helen Marie Birge Turner who resides in Franklin.  Frankie was a construction worker and dump truck driver. He loved hunting, fishing and traveling to the mountains. Survivors include his wife – Vickie Turner of Franklin; son – Nathaniel Turner (Tonya) of Knoxville, TN; daughter – Jessica Benshoff (Rocky) of Franklin; brother – Sammie Dale Turner of Scottsville; grandchildren – Harley Alford (Whitney), Trey Benshoff (Mia), Heather Alford, Summer Benshoff and Caleb Benshoff; great grandchild – Lennon Alford.
