Frank was born in Watertown, February 2, 1941, a son to Elwin and Mary Donley Bovee. He graduated from Union Academy Belleville in 1959. Frank served with the US Army in Vietnam from December of 1963 to Dec of 1965. Following his honorable discharge from the Army, he worked for a few years at Eastman Kodak, Rochester. Frank had put out his historical collection display out at our Dad's 80th birthday celebration and folks enjoyed that. He helped Mom and Dad on their first year of haying it and chopping corn at the Paul Farm; delaying going into the Service. I got my first job off the farm job, working at the old school as a custodian in training, and Frank taught me some secrets and skills to do the work correctly. Don't forget the Basketball monument. Thank you Frank - The Williams Family - Barb and Denny, Steve, Jean, Rob and Missy.
