Fred L. Triplett

1934 - 2018

Fred Leroy Triplett of Clio, age 84, died Wednesday August 1, 2018 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Private military honors and interment will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Fred was born in Flint Michigan on March 20, 1934 the son of the late Aaron & Mildred (Rowbottom) Triplett and has resided in the Clio area the last fifty-seven years. He was joined in marriage to Dorothy Davis on October 5, 1957. Answering the call of his country Fred served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He had been a member of the Masonic Rite, and had been employed by General Motors Buick Motor Division until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy, Deborah A. (Jack) Morgan, Cathy L. (Patti) Hedberg, and Fred L. (Melinda) Triplett Jr. He also leaves his six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
