Not sure what to say?

Derf, you were such a positive friend and encouragement for me as a guitar player and performer in the church. You are a beautiful soul and I am glad to have shared time with you in this life.

I have nothing but great memories of Derf. He was always full of energy and happiness. My deepest sympathies go out to Sean and all his family at this very difficult time

Derf always brought light and joy to any service in which he participated. I will miss him. I wish I could attend his service but will think of him and Sean on Monday..

Good memories of Derf and Energized at ALJO'S and other clubs. May he be blessed in the the Lords love. RIP

Derf, I have been reflecting this past week and have realized how long we had been friends. You were the first person that I struck up a friendship with when my band moved down here from New York back in 1975! my fondest memory is a doing a quest appearance singing rosalita with the great Energized band behind me at the Playpen one summer. We shared many memories as fellow musicians. I will miss your friendship dearly. Fred

GREAT MEMORIES OF DERF AT ALJO'S AND THE MANY OTHER PLACES 'ENERGIZED PLAYED. SUCH A NICE GUY. RIP DERF

I loved going to to watch Energized play at Aljos and watching them at band practice in Audubon,,although I was the little sister Derf always made me feel welcomed..

My deepest sympathy to the family.
