George (Bugsy)Richards Jr. 65,departed this life on November 19, 2024, at Arcadia on the Hill of Springfield Illinois. He was born on May 28, 1959 in Springfield Illinois, The son of Mary A. Richards and George Richards Sr.
Mr. Richards graduated from Springfield High School in 1978.
Mr. Richards previously worked at Frito Lay, Nudos products company, as a welder and Fort Worth Texas stock yard as a welder.
He was a member of Greater All Nation Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C.
Mr. Richards was preceded in death by his father; George Richards Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories: Mother; Mary Ann Richards, Sisters; Martina Richards Boyd, Elnora Richards Perkins, Joyce Richards, Rosie Richards, Judy (Billy)Bell, Brother Harvey (Debra) Richards, Sisters; Carla (Marvin) Brown, Bridgit (Lamont) Walton, Mary Ann Richards. And a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.

I would love to give flowers to my friend Bugsy, Even though you're not here anymore, I got a chance to see my beautiful and outstanding friend; one who kept our friendship peaceful. We both were the same, each time we saw one another.
There's nothing I wouldn't have done for my friend, because we both were two that would do or say things which was so outrageously funny,laughed it off, and came back with soft spoken words to capture your undivided attention. ☺
My condolences to All The Richards' family, and closeness that will last 'Forever.' 'Bugsy will be greatly missed.'
