Hayward Monroe Conn, Sr.

1933 - 2013

   Hayward Monroe Conn, Sr., 80, of
Hattiesburg, died September 2, 2013, at his home. Services will be at 3 p.m.,
Friday, September 6, 2013, at Moore Funeral Chapel in Hattiesburg, followed by
burial in Highland Cemetery.

   Mr. Conn, a Vietnam veteran, retired from
the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. He worked at Hattiesburg
Recycling as supervisor. He loved to work on clocks, gardening and walks with
his grandchildren.

  Mr. Conn was preceded in death by his
parents, Ivory and Nanny Conn; a brother, Howard; and sisters, Inez, Iva Lou,
Estelle, Kate and Marline.

   He is survived by his wife, Sandra W. Conn
of Hattiesburg; three sons, Hayward Conn, Jr. of California, Mike (Joyce)
Williamson of Petal and Randy (Donna) Williamson of Hattiesburg; a daughter,
Sandy Conn of California; five grandchildren, Eric (Lea) Williamson, Charlie
(Shawna) Williamson, Amber Williamson, Brittney (Jayce) Godwin and Andrew
(Amanda) Williamson; and four great-grandchildren, Charlotte Williamson,
Emmelyn Godwin, Owen Williamson and Koyden Godwin.

   Visitation will be Thursday 5:30 – 9 p.m. at
Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg.
