Gloucester, Va. datelineHelen Patricia "Pat" Minarik, 88, of Gloucester passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. She was born in Erwin, TN and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Burleigh Crowder. She was retired from Peyton Hall General Contracting where she had been the bookkeeper. She was a long time member of Petsworth Baptist Church. Beside her family, her greatest loves were Petsworth Baptist Church and her flowers. She is survived by her children, Audrey Tucker (Roger), Michelle (Dexter), and Michael Minarik, III (Gloria Serafini), sister Ruth Adams, grandchildren Kristy, Amanda, Josh, and Kaitlyn, great grandchildren Ethan, Kaylynn, Ella, Kennedy, and Peyton. A graveside service will be held on Monday, Sept. 8, 2025 at 11:00 am at Petsworth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Gloucester House for the love and care that they gave Pat. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
