Herbert “Scooby-Doo” Tillman, Sr. age 70, was born on July 8, 1953, a native and resident of Houma, LA passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. He is survived by his wife; Joann Walker Tillman, children; Tara, Lakeisha and Herbert Tillman, Jr; siblings, Elizabeth T. Wolfe, Beverly T. (Lionel) Shephard and Alvin (Alicia) Tillman, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents; Clarence Tillman, Sr. and Irene Sims Tillman, daughter, Gina Tillman; siblings, Calvin Tillman, Sr., Marshal T. Townsend, Clarence Tillman, Jr. and Robert Lee Tillman; grandparents, Joseph “Joe” Tillman, Bertha Robertson, Thomas and Lula Jones Sims and grandson, Roderick Davis, Jr. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, 183 Smith Lane Houma, LA. 70360 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Interment Crescent Farm Cemetery, Savanne Road, Houma, LA.
