Isaiah Starks Obituary
Isaiah leaves to cherish many loving memories, his son, Nehemiah Isaiah Hendrix ; his parents Ecard and Henrietta and step mother who raised him, Sherry Starks; brother, Tyrone Carter and Dennis Stout; paternal grandmother, Dorothy J. Starks; special friend, Dominique; a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, James Starks; and maternal grandparents, Willie Lee Carter and Virgie Mae Carter.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 at The Word Worship Center 1401 W. State Street. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 2429 W. State Street
