James Wendell Justice

1945 - 2017

     James Wendell Justice, 71 of North Tazewell, VA, died Monday, October 23. 2017 at his home.

     James was born on November 21, 1945 in Belfry, KY the son of the late Willie and Marie Justice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Josephine.

     James is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Justice; his daughter, Laura Ann Justice of North Carolina; step-son, Wayne Yost and wife Tessa of Roanoke, VA; grandchildren, Tiffany and Michael of North Carolina; his sisters, Marilyn Erwin, Verlie Boswell, Lillian Williams, all of North Carolina, Helen Greer and husband, Joseph, Jeanetta Honeycutt and husband, Elijah of Ohio Louise Gartin , Margaret Smith and husband, Solly of Kentucky; his brothers, Willie Justice and wife Virginia, Thomas Justice and his wife Parthene, Joseph Justice and his wife Ada, Clyde Justice, Perry Justice and his wife Stephanie of North Carolina, Terry and his wife Toni of Kentucky; two step-grandchildren, Olivia Yost and Mia Yost and host of loving family who will miss him dearly.

     In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated, and memorial service will be conducted on November 18, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Belfry beginning at 1 PM.
